Who is Pandora MT Co., Ltd?
Pandora MT Co., Ltd is a Vietnam stone manufacturer and exporter, known to buyers as PDM Surfaces and Pandora Materials. We produce quartz slabs, granite slabs, and cut-to-size quartz and granite countertops in Vietnam and supply distributors, fabricators, and multifamily and hospitality project buyers, mainly in the United States.
Where are your factories located?
Our quartz production is in Haiphong, Vietnam, and our granite production is in Long An, Vietnam. Export shipments leave from the Ho Chi Minh and Haiphong ports.
What products do you supply?
Quartz slabs (Calacatta, Carrara, classic solid colors, printed, and silica-free lines), granite slabs, cut-to-size quartz and granite countertops and vanity tops, and stainless steel and ceramic sinks supplied together with countertop programs.
What is your production capacity?
Our monthly production capacity is 25,000 m², covering slab production and cut-to-size countertop fabrication.
What is your lead time?
Our standard production lead time is 35 days. Delivery timing to your port or job site is confirmed per project at quotation, based on the shipping route.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 30 sets. For multifamily work, that means a minimum order of 30 units/sets per project.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our products are NSF and SGS certified/tested. Certification documents for a specific product can be provided on request during quotation.
Can you cut countertops to size from our drawings?
Yes. Cut-to-size production from shop drawings is a core part of our business: dimensions, sink cut-outs, faucet holes, and edge profiles are finished at the factory, so tops arrive ready to install.
Do you supply countertops and sinks together?
Yes. Stainless steel kitchen sinks and ceramic undermount bathroom sinks can be supplied in the same program as the countertops and vanity tops, packed as coordinated per-unit sets.
Do you offer DDP delivery?
Yes, DDP delivery is available. Terms are quoted per project — send us the destination and quantities and we will price the delivered option for you.
Which ports do you ship from?
We ship from Ho Chi Minh port and Haiphong port in Vietnam.
Do you provide samples?
Yes — samples are available on request so you can evaluate color and quality before committing to a project order.
How do US tariffs apply to your products?
Our products are manufactured in Vietnam and exported from Vietnam. Duty treatment depends on the product and current US rules, which is why we quote project pricing — including a DDP option — case by case, based on the actual order.
What do you need from us to prepare a quotation?
